Arriving at The Flatwater Loft

While the official address is on Main St, guest access is via the alley off Main St. and dedicated parking is located behind the building for your convenience.

• Locating the Building: The property is situated at 112 1/2 Main Street West.  The apartment is the upper level of the buildling located at 112 Main St W. If you find yourself at 112 Main St W., you'll see 2 storefronts for Hair Affair and Wildlands Physical Therapy - the apartment door is to the left side of these in the alley. You can find the building from Main St., but you will want to circle around to the back to park. 

• Accessing the Parking Lot: From Main Street, turn south (away from the lake) onto 2nd Avenue West and pass Great Lakes Insurance on the corner of Main St. & 2nd Ave W. Just behind Great Lakes Insurance you will see a large parking lot - turn in here and park behind the blue cinder block building, next to the electrical pole. You may park anywhere along this back row of the lot. 

• Finding the Entrance: Once parked, the entrance to the loft is located just down the alley. Look for the bronze door (it's the only door in the alley) with a mailbox marked 112 1/2.  Enter the key code provided for the Smart lock to open the main door. Inside you will see multiple interior doors - the wooden door to your right will take you up the stairs to the loft.
