The Flatwater Loft is owned by Kristi and Adam, residents of Ashland’s historic Main Street. We live just across the street and love the rhythm of life here — the lake breeze, the walkable downtown, and the strong sense of community.

When the chance came to buy the building across from our home, we jumped at it. What started as a personal project became a labor of love: we’ve restored the space to its 1940s charm, blending vintage character with modern comfort.

Today, The Flatwater Loft is a fully curated short-term rental designed to give guests a true taste of big lake living. We’re proud to share this slice of Ashland with you — and hope it feels like your home away from home.
